🚀 As part of our development, we are looking for a Senior Tech Program Manager.

TrustUp, a fast-growing Belgian scale-up, has a clear mission: to transform the renovation sector by introducing the first platform connecting individuals and building professionals. Imagine the Booking.com of construction, but better! In parallel, we offer professionals a complete set of management tools to simplify their administrative work.

In a context of strong growth, we are launching and structuring several strategic projects combining technology, business development, and partnerships.

We are looking for a Senior Tech Program Manager capable of taking on these initiatives from start to finish: from idea to execution, with a high level of autonomy. The role will report directly to our CODIR.

Roles and responsibilities:

  1. Strategic project management

    • Identify, frame, and prioritize high-impact business projects

    • Define roadmaps, objectives, KPIs, and deliverables

    • Manage multiple projects in parallel in a rapidly evolving environment

    • Ensure alignment between strategic vision and operational execution

  2. Tech execution (hands-on)

    • Design and develop technical solutions independently (MVP, POC, internal tools, automations, integrations)

    • Make pragmatic technical choices focused on speed, maintainability, and scalability

    • Work closely with the tech team to:

      • Understand and apply existing technical standards (architecture, security, data, APIs, integrations)

      • Define integration specifications between the projects led and the core product

      • Contribute to the establishment and improvement of integration standards (patterns, best practices, documentation)

    • Ensure that all developed solutions fit within the technical framework defined by the tech team

    • Ensure the quality, viability, and proper integration of the implemented solutions

  3. Business vision & partnerships

    • Build business cases and analyze the ROI of initiatives

    • Identify and structure strategic partnerships (tech, commercial, data, distribution, etc.)

    • Participate in negotiations and the definition of collaboration models

  4. Structuring & transversality

    • Work closely with product, tech, sales, and top management

    • Implement light and efficient processes to support growth

    • Clearly communicate progress, trade-offs, and risks

Job requirements

  • Confirmed experience in a scale-up, startup environment

  • Strong ability to develop independently

  • Solid understanding of business challenges (economic models, partnerships, growth)

  • Experience or strong interest in negotiating partnerships

  • Ability to navigate between strategic vision and very operational execution

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, results-oriented, and ownership mindset

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence without hierarchical authority
