🚀 As part of our development, we are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager.

Your mission is to improve sales performance by supporting sales teams in their development (Field Sales/Inside Sales). You implement training, tools, and processes to help salespeople be more effective and successful in their interactions with customers.
You work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Care teams to optimize sales methods, strengthen sales skills, and contribute to business growth. You will report directly to our Chief Sales Officer and actively contribute to the overall team performance.
Your missions:
1. Training and coaching of sales teams
Design and deploy an internal Sales Academy for continuous development of sales skills.
Structure and lead the onboarding program for new salespeople to accelerate their skills and autonomy.
Provide field coaching by observing interactions with customers and providing concrete improvement recommendations.
Implement internal certifications to validate mastery of sales methods, offers, and tools.
2. Content creation & improvement of sales processes
Design and deploy effective sales materials: playbooks, pitch decks, scripts, objection guides.
Create and maintain resources to help salespeople better position offers and win opportunities.
Align content with sales strategy and marketing positioning.
Optimize the sales cycle while standardizing methods and disseminating best sales practices.
Contribute to continuous improvement of the CRM as a performance management tool.
Analyze sales KPIs to identify improvement levers and support decision-making.
3. Offer analysis and market feedback
Analyze commercial offers proposed to customers to identify areas for improvement.
Study won and lost deals to understand key success or failure factors.
Make recommendations to improve commercial positioning and value proposition.

Job requirements
Your profile
Proven experience in implementing Sales Enablement programs, ideally in SaaS companies.
Or experience as a Team Leader/Sales Coach in field sales looking to evolve with the skills to become a Sales Enablement Manager.
Fluency in French, Dutch, and/or English with clear and impactful communication.
Experience in defining, implementing, and monitoring key indicators such as:
number of structured calls
conversion rate of calls to appointments
conversion rate (win rate)
Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable ideas and projects.
Experience in observing customer interactions and coaching in real situations.
